Subscription Policy

Some HeyWondr products may be offered as a recurring delivery. This page explains how a recurring order works before you sign up.

How it works

When you choose a recurring option, your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period and the order is shipped to the address saved on your account. The price, frequency and items are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Changes and cancellation

You can skip, change or cancel a recurring order at any time before the next billing date by writing to contact@heywondrswim.com. Cancellation stops all future charges; orders already charged are shipped as normal.

Refunds

Recurring orders follow the same return conditions described in our Refund Policy.
